Your private consultation will be with Spiro Verras, who has practiced law since 1993. A graduate of Yale University and Tulane Law School, he is admitted to practice in Florida, Louisiana, New York, and Texas. Mr. Verras devotes at least an hour to every client meeting. It is a conversation rather than an interview: We will go through what you have written here, ask the things this form cannot, and design your estate plan together.
This questionnaire is not your estate plan. Nothing in it is decided, and nothing in it binds you. It exists so that the hour we spend together goes on your decisions rather than on spelling and dates.
Every bequest and personal provision in your documents is written by us, based on three decades of experience. We employ drafting software provided by West Publishing to keep our documents up-to-date, but every document is customized to your specific circumstances.
Please complete as much as you can, and skip anything that does not apply. If something is sensitive and you would rather discuss it in person, choose “I would rather discuss this with you” where that option appears.
